In our catalog, there is an 'order now' button below each product. Clicking on this button alerts both your computer and ours that you may order this product. Once you have made up your mind and have decided to order this and/or any other product, you click 'go to checkout'. You will see a page in which you are asked to give your personal details. You are required to fill in at least one telephone number. Why? Next, click the button 'submit order' at the bottom of the page. As a result you will see an order confirmation on your screen, which will also be sent separately to your e-mail address. Our ordering system uses so-called cookies. These are small text files which are saved temporarily in *your* computer's memory. Once you have closed off your browser (completely) our cookie goes to the digital happy hunting grounds. [This is also the best way to start over again and make a fresh order, if you have made an error in the shopping basket.] If you cannot see the items you ordered at the top of the order form, your browser probably does not accept cookies. Choose the option 'accept cookies' (if this is supported by your browser) or choose the alternative method. Should you choose the latter, your order will be confirmed on screen but not by email.  |

| How can I pay my order? |

| Most orders within the Netherlands are supplied on invoice. However, we decide on the basis of the order how we would like the payment to be made. If the order form is completed in detail, we can quickly decide to supply on invoice. If we prefer another payment method, for example C.O.D.(= Cash on Delivery), we will let you know by email or by phone. In addition, you may indicate your preference in the field Remarks. If we supply you on invoice, we expect payment within two weeks. If we supply you C.O.D., we will let you know the C.O.D. total and the shipping date in advance. |

| We make use of the high quality services of TNT Post to deliver our packages, facilitated by barcodes.
This guarantees a quick delivery and allows us to track-and-trace the packages. Private orders are delivered by TNT Post from Mondays till Saturdays [and company orders from Mondays till Fridays]. Our packages will not fit in your mailbox and a receipt-note has to be signed on delivery. If there is nobody at home, the package can be collected - and in case of C.O.D. (= Cash on Delivery) - be paid for at the post office. |

| In general, we deliver within 24 hours after receiving your order.
If the ordered items are not in stock, we will let you know immediately. Since most of the catalog items are in stock, they can be delivered within one or two working days. 'Special orders' are an exception to this and are clearly indicated as such on the website. Delivery time of Dutch products is about one week, and about one to three weeks in case of foreign products. |

| How about software licenses? |

| Many Software Producers supply their software as a license.
It is not necessary to buy a full-product for every PC.
Instead, you can buy the installation software once with the appropriate amount of licenses per PC required.
Microsoft even offers the option of leasing licenses. However, there are different licence programs, depending on the Software Producer. That is why we have dedicated a special section of our website to licenses. |

| I want to order more than 10 copies of one book. Do I get a discount? |

With regard to discounts, we are bound by the Dutch regulations for booksellers (stipulated by 'KVB', 'Koninklijke Vereniging van het Boekenvak'). In accordance with these regulations we can only offer discounts off the price in the following situations (that is, only if several copies of a single title are bought):
- 10 to 29 copies of the same book: 5% - 30 to 99 copies of the same book: 10% - 100 or more copies of the same book: on requestas laid down in article 7 of the 'Reglement Handelsverkeer voor boeken in Nederland van de KVB'. As an additional condition the buyer is obliged explicitly to refrain from selling the books he bought. Only Dutch books qualify for these discounts. With regard to non-Dutch books, Computercollectief offers the following discounts*) off the price: - 10 to 29 copies of the same book: 10% - 30 to 99 copies of the same book: 15% - 100 or more copies of the same book: on request*) A few publishers excepted. |
