Ir. Hessel Visser is een ervaren logistiek professional, auteur en Ridder in de Orde van Oranje Nassau. Na zijn TU Delft-opleiding werkte hij bij Fokker en Enraf-Nonius. Als docent bij Hogeschool Rotterdam inspireerde hij generaties logistici. Hij is erelid van de Vereniging Logistiek Management, werd in 2017 Logistieke Goeroe, en adviseert als zelfstandig consultant.
